The Returns & Exchanges Process

We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. Please do not send items back without an RMA number.
3 Package Your Items Securely
Place the item(s) in their original packaging with all accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA form.
For Wallpaper Rolls: (Floral, Damask, Brick, Wood Effect, Geometric, Animal, Collage, Check patterns) ensure they are securely rolled and protected in their original, unopened packaging to prevent damage.
4 Ship Your Return
Ship your package to the address provided in your RMA instructions. We recommend using a trackable service and keeping your proof of postage.
5 Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange. You’ll receive email notifications at each step.

Refund Timeline & Method

We process refunds with the same efficiency we apply to shipping your orders:

  • Inspection Period: 2-3 business days after we receive your return.
  • Refund Initiation: Within 2 business days after inspection approval.
  • Funds Return: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment account (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). The transaction will appear on your statement as “Robert Dyas Equipment Shop.”

Exchanges: If you requested an exchange, we will ship your replacement via your original shipping method once the return is approved.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized/Custom-Ordered & Clearance Items: As marked at purchase.
